These have been a recent discovery and my first gardening project this year. A very happy discovery indeed. Apparently one can plant pea seeds and eat the shoots as salad, in sandwiches or in stir-fries. I've yet to try the latter but I've already decided these are delicious in sandwiches and salads.
They taste like fresh peas. Like spring...

| I bought some clementines that came in this black box. I put a piece of weed fabric on the button and filled it with some potting soil. The soaked pea pods where spread on top and covered with a bit of dirt. Two weeks later fresh peas shoots! |
